Waiter/Waitress (Hourly + Tips)
Overview:
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and attentive servers to join our Front of House team at Sunrise. As a Waiter/Waitress, you’ll be the face of the restaurant, responsible for providing excellent table service, communicating menu items clearly, and ensuring our guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take food and beverage orders promptly.
- Answer questions about menu items, specials, & modifications.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
- Check in with guests during meals to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle payments and make correct change when necessary.
- Work closely with kitchen & bus staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all sanitation, health, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area.
Busser (Hourly + Tips)
Overview:
We’re seeking dependable and energetic Bussers to help maintain cleanliness and support our servers during service. You’ll play a crucial role in turning tables quickly and keeping the restaurant tidy and welcoming for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clear dirty dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables.
- Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and condiments.
- Assist with refilling water, coffee, and other beverages.
- Help with general cleaning of the dining area & floor as needed.
- Support the waitstaff with carrying food or delivering extra items.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and the restrooms.
Dishwasher (Hourly)
Overview:
We’re looking for hardworking and detail-oriented Dishwashers to keep our kitchen clean and organized. You will be responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and maintaining overall sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, cookware, and utensils.
- Organize clean dishes and return them to appropriate stations.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, trash cans & storage areas.
- Assist with basic prep tasks when needed.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Report any equipment issues to management.
Host/Hostess (Hourly + Tips)
Overview:
We’re looking for a welcoming and organized Host/Hostess to manage the front of house flow and guest seating. As the first impression of Sunrise, your goal is to warmly welcome every guest and ensure they are seated promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
- Manage the waitlist and seating chart efficiently.
- Answer the phone, take to-go orders & provide accurate wait times.
- Keep the entrance and lobby areas clean and presentable.
- Communicate with servers & kitchen to ensure smooth flow of service.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
